Technology in the MUniverse is a combination of mundane craftsmanship and magical enchantment. It's unclear how advanced the material sciences are. The physical reality of the world is not the same as ours and it's unlikely that a microchip, for example, would work even if it were possible to construct one. We have examples of metalworking in both bronze and steel. Large panes of glass are used in construction and paper and cardboard are both in common usage. It's unknown how much magic may factor into the manufacturing of items like glass and paper. Other materials found in the MUniverse which are products of technology in our own include aluminum and plastic. These materials are apparently produced through magical means rather than technological ones.
