A Hobgoblin who works at the Harlowe Hall main desk. He chooses to emphasize his tendency towards consistency, as a positive job trait (for example, he consistently shows up to work), over any racial reputation for bad hygiene.
Moeli seems to have a crush on Mackenzie, which would appear to make his would-be girlfriend Oru quite jealous. Moeli barely seems to notice Oru at all.
