Faun

A faun is one of the magical races that populate the MUniverse. Rorick is the only faun thus far introduced in the story.

Fauns are distinguished from satyrs by several small but important physiological differences, explained by Amaranth in Chapter 19. Both fauns and satyrs "have goat-like legs and tiny feet". Fauns have cloven hooves as opposed to humanoid feet, and their genitals are proportional to those of a human. The impression is given that fauns adhere more to the "half-man, half-goat" body model, with the upper portion of the body mostly humanoid and the lower more goatlike.

It has not yet been specified whether female fauns exist.
